Hi Guys!
We just received our beautiful
Dalmation Mollies, Neon Tetras,
and fancy guppies (awesome -
thanks!)... one question we
have is regarding our fansy
guppies - we purchased one male
and two females each of the
Fancy Red, Fancy Blue, and Fancy
Green Cobra Guppies, but none
of the guppies we received have
much coloration - we assume
this is because they have yet
to reach maturation... so we
are wondering about how long
before they mature into their
full coloration?
Also, would you let us know
when you get a blue lobster
in?

Hello,
I ordered 6 Giant Danios and
10 Corydoras Catfish from you

just about an hour ago.
I followed your acclimation
guid to the letter and they're
now happily swimming in my Aquarium.
I must say these are the highest
quality fish I've ever seen
- perfect finnage and no signs
of any kind of physical stress.
The danios and catfish are actually
in almost perfect condition
compared to the same fish from
the local fish store I usually
shop from, and this store has
been called "Best Aqurium Store"
in New York City by most of
the local newspapers and magazines.

holy smokes! FedEx was just here... you sent me an extra fish! :D they are gorgeous! floating them now I can't wait to see them in the tank, thank you!!
Yeah I am most impressed with the level of service from you guys, I will definitely buy from you again! After reading the included acclimation guide I did as you suggest, drain some water and then just add them to the tank, I use aquarium salt already and changed the water just a couple days ago so that should be all good. Everyone is getting along nicely, I have 2 zebra danios, 6 rummy nose tetras, Vinni the pleco, and Blanche the undead Angel fish, they are a little miffed that the lights are out but everybody is getting along great :)
Right out of the box they looked like silver minnows, but after about 5 minutes in the tank their stripe popped out and man don't they look fantastic!

Hello there,
I just wanted to say that I was pretty skeptical ordering live fish over the internet, and if I was skeptical, times that by 100 for my husband! But because I am so picky on the fish I wanted and just couldn't find what I wanted around here, we decided to give it a shot, and your shipping rates were very good.
So we placed our order, and our fish showed up on our door step, and we followed each direction on the list and had prepared the 2 days before as stated on the website. As you can guess my stomach was in knots the whole time,
I was so excited to see what we had gotten.
As we darkened our living room and left only a very dim lamp on we started opening bags and introducing our new fish to our aquarium ( which by the way was a very nice and thoughtful anniversary present from my husband as he knows I love them so much)
To say the least I am so pleased with all of the fish you sent us. I absolutely love angel fish, and I could not have picked out better ones myself. Their fins are so flowing and long, just beautiful, and the dwarf gauramis, are so beautiful!!! I have never seen them so bright, and the rummy nose tetras for my son's tank were so red on the nose. And the black skirts, I have never seen them so small and cute!!!
I wanted to take the time to send you an email and tell you how impressed I am with our fish. I could not wait to turn the light on, but I did. We waited 20 hours before turning on our hoods, and they were even more beautiful than what I originally thought. We only lost 1 fish, and it was one of the glass catfish. He was a little weird acting from the begging and sometime during the night when we went to bed he passed on.
I know you must get tons of emails, but I just wanted to send this and say thank you. We live in Montana and so we were so happy that we could even get fish delivered to us at all. I don't know what happened with the glass cat, but I have had them in the past and they seem to be a little more sensitive than other fish. I am not writing this for any reason but just to tell you how pleased we are with the fish!
We could not have done better to go to our local pet store (which by the way is a huge disappointment for fish) in fact I have never had such a good experience with fish! And your communication was superb! And the free fish were a great surprise, we can tell that your company strives to exceed your customers expectations!
Kudos go out to you! Now, I will stop blabbering lol, and ask the one question I do have. 2 of our angels have red by the eye right in front of the gills. On the Koi angel it shows only on one side, but on the gold angel it is bright blood red on both sides. Is there anything we need to do, or watch them closely?
I stayed up a lot the first night we got them because I wanted to watch them, and they did fine. In fact now they are acting normally, eating and swimming back and forth in the aquarium, but I just wanted to ask what this spot was because none of the other angels have it that we got.
Thanks for your time, and a great experience. I haven't been able to have an aquarium for about 6 or 7 years now and when we moved I told my husband I would love to have one again, so you have no idea how great this whole experience was because he wanted to do something more than just "buy" me something for our anniversary, and combined with the excellent experience we had with you, this is probably the most thoughtful and wonderful gift he's has ever given me!!!
