Every few weeks
we email a Newsletter Reminder to
everyone on our mailing list. The Reminder
contains a summary of our Newsletter,
and a link to the web page with our
most recent Newsletter.

1. How to
SUBSCRIBE. |
|
|
|
Click

|
|
|
|
|
After you click to subscribe, you
will be sent to your email program. Please do not
add anything to the email. In fact don't change
the email in any way. Just click on "Send" in your
email program. Within 24 hours you should receive
an email confirming your subscription.
If you do not receive an email back from us within
24 hours, you are probably not subscribed. Or you
are subscribed, and your email provider is blocking
our emails, which is discussed at the bottom of
this page. |

2. How to UNSUBSCRIBE
from the Newsletter.
|
|
|
|
Click

|
After you click to unsubscribe, you
will be sent to your email program. Please do not
add anything to the email and do not alter the email.
Just click on "Send" in your email program. Within
24 hours you should received an email confirming
that you have been removed from our mailing list.

3. Change the Email Address of Your Subscription.
|
|
|
Go to your email program and sign
in using your old email address, then send an email
to
Newsletter2@AquariumFish.net
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
and carefully enter UNSUBSCRIBE/PFT
as the Subject of the email. Do not put anything
else in the email and send it. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
Then go to your email program and
sign in using your (new) email address that you
want our Newsletter Reminder delivered to. Again
send an email to
Newsletter2@AquariumFish.net
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
But this time carefully enter SUBSCRIBE/PFT
as the subject of the email. Do not put anything
else in the email and send it. |
|

|
|
|
|
4. If Our
Small PopUp is Annoying You. |
|
|
The PopUp Window pops up too often
for some visitors to this web site, but this should
not be happening to you. Our
PopUp is controlled by a cookie in your computer.
If your cookies are properly enabled, the PopUp
should appear on your computer just once a month.
But if the cookies in your computer are disabled,
the PopUp will appear every time you go to a new
page in this web site. So we recommend that you
enable the cookies in your computer. |

6. Avoid
Automatic Blocking and Filtering.

Our Newsletter Reminders are emails
that are written in plain text and contain links
to web pages in AquariumFish.net. Some internet
service providers (ISP), such as AOL, MSN, Hotmail,
Yahoo, and Earthlink may automatically block or
filter out emails like ours.
If your ISP blocks our emails, you may be able to
edit your email preferences or your safe-list to
accept our newsletters. |

Click on the text link
"Options", then click on "Junk E-Mail Protection",
then on "Safe List", next type

click on the button labeled "Add", enter the email

to that safe list to ensure you get our newsletters.

AOL
Users
Please add
the email address
Newsletter2@AquariumFish.net
to your Address Book, which will allow our newsletter
through AOL's spam blocking software.

Other
ISPs
If you have
another Internet Service Provider, that is not listed
above, read their Help files to find out how to
avoid having our Newsletter blocked or filtered
out by their anti-spam software.
Our Newsletters are not spam. They are sent only
to subscribers. You can unsubscribe at any time
and be promptly removed from our mailing list. But
we hope you will continue to subscribe and enjoy
our newsletters.

Blocked Newsletters
If we get an email telling us that our newsletter
was blocked and not delivered to an email address,
that address will be removed from our mailing list,
because there is no sense sending emails that will
be blocked. If you do not receive our newsletter,
you can subscribe again in section 1 at the top
of this page. Then be sure to add
Newsletter2@AquariumFish.net
to your safe list, so our newsletters will not be
blocked or filtered out in the future.
