The fish on the left is a Zebra Loach, and the fish on the right is a Royal Banded Loach. Neither one of them quarrels with any other fish in this aquarium, but they seem to recognize each other as rivals, and quarrel ferociously!
We stock several very cool Loach species that are all very good aquarium fish. They are all hardy and energetic. They don't hide. And they all eat lots of premium flake and pellet food.

Electric Blue Hap,
This young male was swimming in one of our aquariums, when one of us took this picture. Many aquarists consider this to be the most colorful freshwater fish in the world. We have young mature 3" to 3.5" males that already have lots of color. Very highly recommended! Click here to shop online for Electric Blue Haps.
The deluge of wonderful aquarium fish continues with these Freshwater Aquarium Sharks, which are not closely related to Sharks that live in the oceans.
All of these Sharks are hardy, energetic, beautiful, and not aggressive except to their same species. So we recommend one of each species to an aquarium, unless the aquarium is very large.

Does this Shrimp look kind of ghostly? Not to us. We think it's as cute as a bug's ear! But they're small, measuring about 1". So it's more fun to have an inexpensive magnifying glass to watch your Ghost Shrimp, using all four of its arm-like appendages to eat tiny bits of food.
In this way a Ghost Shrimp helps keep the aquarium clean and the water fresh. We love our Ghost Shrimp and highly recommend them. Plus they're very inexpensive.

This fish is new to the aquarium hobby. We think it's a hybrid of Zebra Danios and Fire Ring Danios, which are two closely related species. Many of the most beautiful orchids are hybrids, and this fish is a very pretty.
Like all the Danios in our aquariums this is a very hardy and energetic fish that does very well eating premium flake foods.
Like most slender fish it needs very fresh water, which means doing a 20% partial water change at least twice a week in most aquariums.
Right now the Orange Fin Danios in our aquariums are even better than usual, and they want to come live in your aquarium. ;^ }

This picture shows three male Picta Livebearers quarreling with each other. This livebearer species is rarely found in aquariums any where! It's quite small like Endler's Livebearer, and when we first got these Pictas, we thought they were Endler's, but Pictas have quite differ colors.
Pictas also don't interact with Endler's or with Guppies. That was a clue that they were a different species, which we have now confirmed.
Endler's and Guppies will interbreed, but it's reported that Picta will not interbreed with either Endler's or Guppies.
To bring out their best coloration, energy, and health we feed them premium fish food flakes. This is a wonderful new aquarium fish.

Shipping Charges
You pay$33.25 to ship any size order. This includes the cost for the special insulated carton, packing the fish, and we prepay the delivery company.
You pay for the fish you want at the prices shown on our Price List plus one charge of $33.25 for shipping one order with as many fish as you order to one address.
FREE SHIPPING on LIVE ORDERS over $139.00 There's always an additional charge of $20.00 for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii. If you request delivery on Saturday, there's an additional charge of $15.00.
We try our best to keep shipping charges down, but we want to maximize the safety of the fish that are shipped, because we love them a lot. So we ship using "Overnight". The boxes leave here late in the afternoon and almost always arrive before noon the next day, and that's very safe for the fish.
Long ago a very nice fellow ordered one Ghost Shrimp for much less than $1.00 and the shipping charges were much, much more than that for one small box. Before shipping, we called him, and he said he was perfectly happy with the charges!
We were amazed and ended up sending him two extra free shrimps. He called back a couple of days later to thank us, and even said that it's much better watching three shrimps interact than just having one.
About a week or two later he order hundreds of fish. In fact his order required three or four large boxes! He was charged the same shipping charges.
So ... one shrimp or hundreds of fish the shipping charges are usually the same ... except we now temporarily offer ...
