Orange Fin Danio
|
This fish is new to the aquarium hobby. We think it's a hybrid of Zebra Danios and Fire Ring Danios,
which are two closely related species. Many of the most beautiful orchids are hybrids, and this fish is a very pretty fish.
Like all Danios in our aquariums this is a very hardy and energetic fish that does very well eating premium flake foods.
Like most slender fish it needs very fresh water, which means doing a 20% partial water change at least twice a week in most aquariums.
Right now the Orange Fin Danios in our aquariums are even better than usual, and they want to come live in your aquarium. ;^ }

Male Fire Red Dwarf Gouramis |
This fish type of doesn't exist in the wild but was developed by skillful fish farmers. it's a wonderful
bright red aquarium fish.
Here's why aquarists like it so much: it beautiful, hardy, energetic, easy to breed, grow to be about 2.5"long, and is rather mild mannered. We also have some nice young females.
Right now the ones in our aquariums are even better than usual, and they want to come live in your aquarium. ;^ }

Another Beautiful Goldfish
|
The picture just above shows a beautiful Fancy Telescope Eye Goldfish, which are often just called
Telescopes. seen from above this fish's tail looks like a butterfly, so it's also called a Butterfly
Telescope.
Goldfish are wonderful aquarium fish. They're hardy, energetic, colorful, peaceful, plus they're easy to
care for, and they're fun to watch.
They eat both pellet and flake foods, and the wide range of important nutrients in premium foods greatly
enhances their appearance, as you can see in the pictures above.

Fancy Goldfish
|
The top picture shows a Fancy Fantail Goldfish, and the second picture shows an Oranda Goldfish. They
are the same species, but goldfish farmers have created different looking types of goldfish.
We have lots and lots of different types of Goldfish, including Bubble Eyes, Telescope Eyes, Lionheads,
Pearlscales, Black Moors, Celestials, Comets, and more.
Goldfish are wonderful aquarium fish. They're hardy, energetic, colorful, peaceful, plus they're easy to
care for, and they're fun to watch.
They eat both pellet and flake foods, and the wide range of important nutrients in premium foods greatly
enhances their appearance, as you can see in the pictures above.

Dayi Killifish |
Killifish are a large family of fish. Most Killifish species, like this Dayi, have gorgeous males. The
females are usually not colorful.
This species spends most of its time near the surface of the water looking for small insects to eat.
Fortunately Dayi love to eat premium flake food, so they're easy to keep well fed.

Shubunkin |
Whoa! Now this is a beautiful fish that lives
in DrTom's Goldfish Aquarium.
DrTom, who takes most of the photos on this site, has several aquariums full of fish from
AquariumFish.net, and all of the fish are gorgeous. His plan is to take a nice picture of each fish,
then return it to AquariumFish.net.
But before he knows it, he gets to really loving each fish and then has trouble letting them go back.
This Shubunkin has lived in one dof DrTom's aquariums for a long time and keeps getting nicer and nicer
and nicer, which makes it harder and harder and harder to send him back.
Did I call this fish he? Yes, this fish is a male. How can you tell? By the white specks on his gill
cover behind his eye. Males get these spots, when they're ready to breed.
Anywho, This is wonderful fish for aquariums and ponds. Be sure to feed it premium foods to bring out
the best in color, health, and energy.

Gold Severum Cichlid |
This is a very nice Cichlid, which is a big
family of fish that also includes Angelfish and Oscars. Like Angelfish it's a bit timid and not
aggressive like Oscars.
Gold Severums are beautiful fish that can grow to be about 8" long and eventually need to live in a big
aquarium with at least 70-gallons of water.
This fish greatly benefits from premium foods. It likes to eat both premium flakes and premium pellets,
and premium foods will greatly enhance the intensity of the gold with red flecks.
The ones we have in stock right now are exceptionally nice. ;^ }

Red Torpedo Barb |
It's only been two weeks, since we last took
this fish's picture and put it here as a featured fish, and he gotten much nicer with more of shiny
luster, as you can see.
Most pet fish get this sort of luster and become more colorful, more active, and healthier when fed
premium foods. Red Torpedo Barbs and all the other Barbs eat both premium flakes and premium pellet
foods.
These Red Torpedo Barbs can grow to be about 6" long but remain slender, so they're a nice size fish for
aquariums with 50-gallons of water and more. This is a highly recommended aquarium fish!
Oh No! we still see this fish offered elsewhere on the internet for
$39.99. Another site brags about their price at $19.99, and guarantees that's the lowest price on
the internet, which is not true! ;^ }

We try our best to keep shipping charges down, but we want to maximize the safety to the fish that are shipped, because we love them a lot. So we ship using "Overnight". The boxes leave here late in the afternoon and almost always arrive before noon the next day, and that is very safe for the fish.
Long ago a very nice fellow ordered one Ghost Shrimp for much less than $1.00 and the shipping charges were much, much more than that for one small box. Before shipping, we called him, and he said he was perfectly happy with the charges!
We were amazed and ended up sending him two extra free shrimps. He called back a couple of days later to thank us, and even said that it's much better watching three shrimps interact than just having one.
About a week or two later he order hundreds of fish. In fact his order required three or four large boxes! He was changed the same shipping charges.
So ... one shrimp or hundreds of fish the shipping charges are usually the same ... except we now temporarily offer ...
